The 25-year-old singer, known for her outrageous style statements, was invited by the Annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards to collect the “fashion Icon” prize in New York. 

 The ‘Judas’ hitmaker, who was donning a turquoise wig and a black spike-breasted gown by Thierry Mugler, tried to pose with her hands behind her head, when the unfortunate incident happened, reported Daily Mail. However, Gaga seemed unfazed by the incident and went on to praise Mugler’s designing talents in her acceptance speech.

“All of you made me feel like a star before I was. I can’t believe I’m allowed in here. My sister is here with me tonight. I told her I was very nervous,” Gaga said.

Taking skin show a step further at the awards after-party, the flamboyant singer ended up removing her custom-made gown to just the sheer bodysuit underneath, leaving nothing to the imagination.
