Kolkata Knight Riders will take on Deccan Chargers in the sixth game of the Indian Premier League 2011. This is the second game for both the sides in this year’s edition of the tournament.The Kolkata Knight Riders had a heart-breaking first match against the Chennai Super Kings. They were chasing a meagre 154 for a win but crashed all out 2 runs short of tying the game, making it a difficult loss.
There was a lot to take home for Gautam Gambhir, who should have probably batted himself up the order and rest assured he will do that in this game. That said, the Kolkata Knight Riders bowled well as well to restrict the side to 153, and one must credit them where it is due.
On the other hand, Deccan Chargers will look to win their first game that they play against the former champions Rajasthan Royals. They will be led by Kumar Sangakkara but will be without the pair of Kevin Pietersen and Cameron White, both of who are missing the games.
