Inter Milan were really bad in the first leg and losing 5 goals at home against a team who are not one of the top European Sides and not in great form either is a cause for concern and than there is another theory, that UEFA have handed Germany the privilege to send 4 team in the Champions League, while Italy have been stripped to just 3 and the Schalke performance put no harm to UEFA’s decision. Italian football have been strange situation although Inter are the defending Champions but they never looked convincing the Champions League through out the tournament.
